1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping within the United States.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Package size

  • Destination

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

4. Eco-Friendly Packaging

In line with our mission, we strive to use:

  • Recycled, reuse, and recyclable packaging materials

  • Minimal packaging whenever possible

This means your order may arrive in reused or non-traditional packaging—and that’s intentional 🌿

5. Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup for customers in the area.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready

  • Orders must be picked up within [7–14 days] unless prior arrangements are made

Pickup location details will be provided at checkout.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [3–5 days] with photos of the damage and packaging

We will review each case and do our best to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages

8. Refill Product Shipping Disclaimer

Due to the nature of refillable and liquid products:

  • Minor leaks or shifts during transit may occur

  • We take precautions to minimize this, but cannot guarantee against all movement
